No option to edit selections on the app tip board

On my wife's Android, I can't find an option to "edit selections" at the top of the tip board. Her credit card is not added yet, but other than that I can't figure out why that option is not available.

I am also having that problem on iPhone. I can edit for MK and Epcot but not AK or HS.

I found that she had to add our party to her list and select a specific day that we had a park reservation for.
