No Option to buy Dining Plan????????

Our guests for our Oct. 8th vow renewal are being told they can not add the dining package to the discounted rooms. Is this true??????? Anybody experienced this?

Yes that is correct. The dining plan comes with a package. You need to pay rack rate for the room and then the amount of nights you stay is how many days you can add the dining plan for. You must also buy at least one full price park ticket Truthfully with using the wedding discount on the room (which is quite good) and discounted park tickets your guests will save a lot of $$$$ plus the day of the wedding you will be feeding them so there is one day they won't even need the dining plan. That is correct, DDP rulkes are that it must be purchased as part of a package - meaning a rack rate room and atleast a 1 day park ticket for everyone!

We were considering paying for a full rate room to get the DDP but to be honest with the discount it works out much the same if not better!

If you purchase a package which includes your room at rack rate and at least a one day base ticket per person, then yes, you can have the dining plan.

Not if you book a room using discounted wedding rates (custom weddings). It's only available for packages.

unfortunately with the discounted room rate & discounted tickets there is no option of adding ddp. the discount room & tickets are available to custom weddings & vr's only. the dining plan is only available to magic your way packages.
