Ugh! Why are these going on sale a month before park hours/EMH schedules are released?
WDW Info didn't pull that out of thin air, Disney announced that tickets will go on sale in April in this Disney Parks Blog post yesterday.I know the wdwinfo site says that the tickets will go on sale in April, but they've always gone on sale in early May in the past, and December hours will be out by mid-May. And while some dates will sell out (I'm guessing that's what you're concerned about), they're not going to sell out that fast.
There's no rush for tickets. Some nights may sellout but not until the fall. People rush and buy tickets and then want to change their plans.Ugh! Why are these going on sale a month before park hours/EMH schedules are released?

That makes sense, got it.Still, my point was that you don't have to buy tickets the day they go on sale because even the dates that sell out won't sell out that fast, which I assumed was Maleficent Dragon's concern.

That isn't really my point. What is the benefit of Disney releasing ticket sales a month earlier when park hours are not even released?
