Well, that ought to resurrect this puppy.![]()
Woof.
Well, that ought to resurrect this puppy.![]()
I'm so confused. So they stopped the A&E test and are starting a Soarin test? What is the endgame here? I have a bad feeling that they are going to make some rides FP+ only using the app/website. Like that Pooh test that snuck in...
They remind me of the the golden tickets from Wonka. Pretty soon Disney will have us buying Mickey Head ice cream bars for a chance to get a treasured pass on one of the E-ticket rides.
Including employing a low-tech ancient ancestor of legacy FP, apparently. Good thing they spent those millions on all of the upgraded IT for MM+.
Yep. And all options are on the table.
Well, except for adding new attractions to absorb some of the demand.![]()
What was the Pooh "test"? Are there any reports out there that this is happening today at Soarin? Touring Plans still says 90 minute (73 expected) wait but the Disney app does not display a wait time for Soarin (40 minutes for Spaceship Earth (yikes) and 90 minutes for Test Track)

Someone's trying to figure out how to get rid of long 90+min SB lines. FP+ alone won't do it. Time for phase 2
I can't see a 100% ride reservation system but I could see the headliners going that way. People have to be able to do something while they wait for their next FP+ and Disney's shops aren't interesting enough to do much shopping.I think some folks are wondering if this is a move to 100% ride reservation. I would think lines somewhere would have to get longer.

Spending on what? Merchandise is generic for the most part and people can only eat so much. What will they spend it on?I don't know how long it will take, but if this is true about Soarin and other major headliners, I think at some point almost everything will be FPP only. Why not just throw every ride slot into MDE. They want people spending.

Trying to understand, each popular attraction can only process "X" guests in a day.
But is this basically accurate from this last weekend:
"everyone" who experienced A&E waited app 10 minutes the entire day
"everyone" who experienced Gringotts waited app 200 minutes the entire day
