No More Disney Store Discount

Not sure if everybody knows yet or not. DW went to local Disney store today and was told no more DVC discount. The sale has been completed and the discount has been revoked. Man are they making a big mistake.

DW and I will now wait till we go to WDW and down town disney to do all our shopping.

I found this out a couple weeks ago myself. I just groaned and realized that it was bound to happen. Realizing that it could go from bad to worse, I then asked if they were still honoring the Disney Reward Dollars for the Disney Visa Card and the former(?) CM said that they'll still honor those since they still accept Visa cards.

Hmm, any chance that they'll offer DVC members 10% on Disney Direct?

We went to the DS in Livonia, MI to pre-order the Incredibles and found this out as well. The CM offered to give us the discount one last time, but we found that the 15% off that was offered for preordering was better than the 10% DVC was offering.

That would be if DisneyDirect offered DVC members a discount!!!!!!
