sorry for the delay...no you dont have to mention it when you get inside of CRT, because it will be printed on your slip and the CM will say I know that you have something special coming at the end....

when you call 407-827-2253 they ask what you want on the plate....it can be anything you would like as long as it can fit...

and i only paid 12.95....there was some tax but at this point i dont remember the exact amount...

I have read various times now that the CRT slipper is cheaper than the GF slipper.
