No more booklets with Premier Annual Passes?

I had activated my Premier AP after Thanksgiving last year and was told to go to the customer service desk when I first come in 2016 to get my booklet. When I stopped in Thursday I asked for my coupon book and the lady gave me the one that you get when you buy a day pass online. Most of the discounts are already part of the card's discounts. I asked specifically for the little booklet that has the HHN ticket and the 8 free waters. I was told they don't give those anymore and that I would use my actual pass to but a HHN ticket for the appropriate night. As far as the waters she said something about they stopped that because you can get free water all day in the park already. Does anyone really like the taste of Florida tap water? No thank you please.

The water you get from restaurants, counter service and free style machines is all filtered and extremely decent to drink.

I agree with you about the water........couldn't touch the water normally in Orlando straight from the tap as it smells funny to me and tastes worse.....we use bottled water for everything in the hotel room even teeth brushing.

But, drinking water in all above places is fine to drink.

Like schumi said, you can get free water from the freestyle machines and food places all day and it is filtered already. No need to drink from a fountain.

I wonder if they stopped the bottles of water! That was a nice perk when we had the Premier passes last year. We would bring them back to our hotel room and refill them to keep cold water in the fridge.

If you happened to buy your pass with an AMEX card, you can go to their lounge in Universal where they have mini bottles of water.

We had a lot of posts about that change already
They changed the perks sometime back
Water went off the list

But I know how you feel
Some years back they cut the 15 pc discount from preferred AP back to 10
Eventually all got used to it but we still grumbled about it for months

I don't have issues with the water
TM are nice when you request a cup of it
