No more Boogie Woogie - i'm DLP cursed!!!

Just as soon as I started my single digit boogie I have to stop it DH's bronchitis is just not getting better and he had a terrible afternoon today, hacking away etc, he's just not getting over this as fast as we thought he would. He doesn't want to go next week and spend his time struggling for breath and coughing which is understandable. Gutting but understandable.

This is the 3rd or 4th trip to DLP we've had to postpone/cancel and I have no idea why we struggle so much to get there. We've been to Florida twice for over 2 weeks, complicated itineraries etc with no problems whatsoever. However, quick trip across the Channel seems to be a humungous undertaking for us

Oh well, we're now trying for end of November for Matilda's 1st birthday at the Sequoia Lodge - at least we'll get to see the Christmas decorations and you know who

PLEASE send us pixie dust for this trip, we seem to need it

We've planned to go twice before this actual trip (we've booked to go end Sept) and something has cropped up to stop us going - fortunately we hadn't booked anything at that point!

Thanks for your kind messages, i'm feeling a bit better and have shaken off that 'woe is me' feeling

Have just today ordered my Eurotunnel vouchers from Tesco and am going to book our 3 night stay for end of November - just need to decide now between Sequoia Lodge and Santa Fe.

Here's hoping this trip works out, I'm nuts about Christmas so it will be the icing on the cake for me
