No more ADRs 180+10??

We were at Disney last winter (Dec) and we were able then to book ADRs 180+10....Am I reading this correctly that now it is back to 90 +10 and can be done online or by phone for guests staying on site?

Thank you for the info. I just got a great code deal tonight and I am excited to book then I panicked that I might need to get my ADRs together right away if it was 180 so I guess in a way I am happy to have some time to think about it!
