No Mickey waffles at Cape May breakfast?

My daughter is a Minnie Mouse fanatic and she will celebrate her 3rd birthday at WDW this summer. I already booked Chef Mickey on her birthday but was also thinking of booking Cape May so she can see Minnie twice. I looked at the breakfast menu and there was no Mickey waffles. I never been to this restaurant but was hoping they would have them since the rest of the menu doesn't appeal to me at all.

Latest review that mentions Mickey waffles at Cape May on yelp is May 28. If they are gone it happened in the last couple days. Every character breakfast serves Mickey waffles (or character waffles) IME, and I doubt that Cape May would stop...their offerings are rather small anyway.

Cape May breakfast without Mickey waffles is like EPCOT without Illuminations! Cape May breakfast is tops in my book, breakfast plus the four major characters is hard to beat. Plus you get to see Minnie in her beach outfit so your 2 sets of Minnie pictures will be different.

They were there in February and were over by the "kid's station". I would highly recommend you ask the question over at the BC/YC thread and I'm sure someone there will be able to confirm.

Wow they should really add them to their menu if they do indeed have them. I know a lot of people seek them out and I'm pretty sure I skipped over Cape May as a breakfast ADR option because they weren't listed.

we just got home and we stayed at BC and at at cape May and YES they do have them my son ate many mickey waffles through out r trip. We ate there on june 7th

Thanks for all the replies. I don't like eggs so breakfast choices are usually more limited for me (and my girls who also don't like eggs). That's also why we never go to Akershus or Ohana for breakfast.

Now I just wish they offered REAL maple syrup with Mickey waffles anywhere on property (I would gladly pay an extra for it). It would be heaven! Maybe I should hide some in my purse?!? Lol.

You may have more options at The Captains Grill in the Yacht Club literally just a few feet away for breakfast. They had real maple syrup for pouring on the Mickey Waffles and some amazing jams and honey as well as chocolate sauces both white and milk when we were there 2 years ago. We loved the strawberries on them too. A really tasty buffet breakfast and the staff were wonderful.

Call me silly, but even without Mickey Waffle's - real life (ahem) Pluto & Goofy will be offering hugs and kisses, "Good morning," to every boy and girl.

And like many other Disser's, I'm pretty certain Mickey Waffles are in the child's section of buffet food options.

They had Mickey waffles when we last attended. However there were only 3 characters during our past visit (Minnie, Goofy and Donald). Did they add a 4th?
