No Mickey waffles at AoA?

Had the best breakfast of the trip at AoA, no joke. But I wondered why they didn't serve Mickey waffles?

They did, and they were great. Just curious about the Mickey ones? But I guess the Nemo goes with the theme. I kid you not, it was the best breakfast of the trip.
