We are at 23 days and still no mickey mail or magical express info. When do I call and who do I call?

I'd call CRO at 407 WDISNEY... They should be able to direct you.

Did you previously call them with flight info? That starts the process.

Yep, flights, times, all that info is in their system. Should I wait a couple days and see if it arrives or start calling now?

I would call now just to be sure it didn't get dropped from the system. I think at some point they decided to send them closer to your departure so they don't have to send them out again because they were lost or plans changed.

call disney reservations, and then they'll give you the ME number. I am 12 days out and while I received my package info around that 25day mark, i did not receive ME info. Disney has it recorded that i added ME info on 9/21 and that it was shipped out on 9/29. when i called ME they had record of the reservation but not my flight info. Had to give them my flight info and they are sending my info.

We are around 30 days out and no package info or luggage tags. Not too concerned as we drive but still love getting the envelope!

We got ours today - we're at 24 days. But we also got our DME stuff over a week ago. I read another thread that said they had been having some problems. I'd call if I were you.
