No mail confirmation???

Hi everyone! I've never posted before but have been monitoring these boards for a while and thought this was the best place to ask my question
About a month ago I booked a room only reservation through the WDW website for CBR. I received an email confirmation (which I saved!!!) but never received a paper confirmation in the mail. At first I thought I wouldn't get it for a week or two, but I thought I would have gotten something by now. Do they not send a paper confirmation if you give your email on the website? Or do they wait until a certain amount of time before your trip (I'm not going until December - don't know how I will last until then!!!) I have logged into the website and verified my reservation is still there, but should I call them as well? I'm curious if anyone else has had the same experience.

Well, I made our res. over the phone, not on the website, so my experience may not be entirely relevant!! We booked on Jan. 6, 2004 for April, by Jan. 26th I called and asked why no confirm. by mail - cm said they'd "send out another." Still nothing. Several more weeks went by, no confirm. During this time, I had been calling daily to try to get AP rate for our res. Fast forward to mid-March - started getting a confirm. slip almost daily!! I now have about 12 confirmation slips for our res.!!! Go figure!

Others who have booked online may have more insight for your specific case, but several people have posted that CRO seems slower than usual re: confirm. this year!

You won't get a paper confirmation in the mail if you book your reservations on-line. The e-mail confirmation is all you get.....AND, it's recommended to print the last page (confirmation page) of the on-line reservation process.

That being said, I called in my reservation 2 weeks ago today and I'm STILL waiting for my confirmation to arrive in the mail. The delay is really making me nervous.......although my credit card statement clearly shows it on there. I'll give it a few more days before I call 'em back.

thanks for your responses - I feel better knowing others haven't gotten mail confirmations, particuarly if they booked through the web!
