Hi everyone! I've never posted before but have been monitoring these boards for a while and thought this was the best place to ask my question
About a month ago I booked a room only reservation through the WDW website for CBR. I received an email confirmation (which I saved!!!) but never received a paper confirmation in the mail. At first I thought I wouldn't get it for a week or two, but I thought I would have gotten something by now. Do they not send a paper confirmation if you give your email on the website? Or do they wait until a certain amount of time before your trip (I'm not going until December - don't know how I will last until then!!!) I have logged into the website and verified my reservation is still there, but should I call them as well? I'm curious if anyone else has had the same experience.
