No Magic bands... No magical express

Hope this is the right thread .... my family and I leave Saturday I have not received my Magic bands nor any magical express paperwork. I booked my package five months ago. .....I assume I can pick up the MB at check in but what do I do for the magical express??? TIA!!!

Did you customize your magic bands in MDE? Its peculiar that you never received them, unless you live outside of the U.S.

As mentioned, to receive Magical Express luggage tags in the mail, you need to book it in advance with your flight information. If you've not done that, you should still call the above number to book yourself on it, but you will not have enough time to get the luggage tags in the mail. Its still recommended to call in advance to book yourself, or else you'll be stuck waiting in line at the DME counter at the airport. If you're arriving before 10pm, you can just give your baggage claim tickets to the DME counter and they will retrieve them for you or you can simply pick up your bags yourself and bring them on DME with you.

We don't get our magic bands ahead of time because we're in Canada, and I mistakenly packed our DME paperwork in our checked bag on our last trip. The nice CM at DME was very easily able to look us up and we got on no problem.

I would just make a old fashion phone call... This way you know whats going on... and you can relax...

Give them a call. You can also just bring your resort reservation number to the DME desk and they will put you on a bus. Make sure, however, that you, at some point, have DME set up for your return trip to the airport so they can assign you a pick-up time at your resort.

Thank you to everyone.... just finished talking to a rep at DME they could not explain why nothing had arrived. ... pretty much blamed on holiday deliveries.. time of year... . ... good news though Magic bands waiting at counter of hotel upon check-in and when I get to airport I will go to DMEcounter and give them my reservation number and they will direct me to the bus. Only bummer We will need to get our own luggage ...but hey if it’s the worse thing that happens during this trip .. that will be great!! Soooo exited! I leave for Disney World tomorrow!!

You shouldn’t need to get your own luggage unless you are arriving after 10pm. You can give DME the checked bag claim tickets and they will retrieve and deliver your luggage like normal.

No, you will not. Just show your claim checks to a CM at the DME counter. Actually, I read something even better today: the guest was advised to take pictures of the claim check(s) for their records, and give the actual papers to the DME CM.

We actually prefer to grab our bags before getting on the DME---that way we have all of our stuff with us. I have peace of mind that it all got to MCO and we don't have to wait for everything to arrive to our room.
