Made our ADRs for the week of DECEMBER 16 today and couldn't get anything earlier than 7:30 at Le Cellier. We wanted an early seating because of the candlelight processional. Hopefully, something will open up later on or maybe we'll get lucky and book a CP dinner package there...

Got everything else we wanted including Ohana and Whispering Canyon

The CM was wonderful :) - and offered lots of suggestions for touring during the holidays and went through exactly how to get to each location where we were eating. She said she expects the CP to start booking in early to mid August and recommended we call periodically and watch the Web site to check in on that since the date changes a little each year.

I tried calling last week about our Dec 2-6th trip and the earliest I could get in to Le Cellier was 9:00! I'm going to keep trying and hoping for a CP packae to come out as well. I figured they must be holding back a block of tables for that.

I would guess there will be a lot of people booking a Candlelight Processional Dinner Package at LeCellier when the time comes. I myself was able to book at 4:50 ADR there. I had asked for 5 o'clock and they had 4:50 or else 6:30! I think they do reserve a larger block of seats for CP packages because I called 180+ days out and we're going the week after Thanksgiving (typically lower crowds-or so I've read). Even if you can't score a CP dinner package, try booking a regular ADR when CP dates are announced. There will be many like me that will cancel their regular reservations to take advantage of the CP dinner package. Keep your eyes posted in early August and good luck! :thumbsup2

Same here, we booked Le Cellier last week for early December - 9.20pm! The CM did say try phoning again - there maybe earlier times coming available.

I tried booking (this week) for September 2-9, and could not get a single open table, at any time.

I had gone off Le Cellier a few years back with some bad food experiences... but with it's recent good rating at Zagat, I thought I would try it again. Not this time!

I called today (for my 180+10 ressies) at 8:30am and had my choice of times for the week before Christmas. I think I booked the 21st or 22nd (don't have my notes handy). Maybe they opened more tables up?

I tried for the 17th Dec and got 5:50 but that's still later than I wanted. I didn't have any trouble getting anything else for that week.

I'm hoping they are holding times for CP dinner packages too!

If you haven't tried LC late, you may be in for a pleasant surprise. We always eat there after 8 PM. It's much less crowded (although that may not be true during free DDP), the staff is more relaxed, and you walk out of Epcot almost alone with the great music playing...which is a nice relaxing way to end the day.

The downside is you miss IllumiNations, but we've seen that enough that it doesn't kill us to miss it.

Unfortunately, with a 2 and 3 year old in your party, that is not possible for us. We need a 6pm ADR at the latest.

Another thread on the boards says the CP packages go on sale July 2 so I guess we'd all better mark that date on our calendars!!
