no luck with 180+10

Which site were you using? The new one or the GB one? I ask because I was able to make my 180 + 10 adr's this morning using the GB site with no problems. (luckily)

What browser are you using (Chrome, IE, Safari, etc) and did you do it on a computer or tablet/phone? I ask because no matter what I try, the GB site tells me I'm not eligible for +10 and to confirm my reservation, and then it says they cannot confirm my reservation. And of course, the new site isn't recognizing +10 for me. Grrr!

I use IE for a browser. When the old site asks you to confirm your reservation # make sure you choose your arrival date from the drop down menu. (I say this because the 1st time I tried it I didn't realize the "arrival date" default setting was todays date and it wouldn't confirm my reservation until I plugged in my arrival date).

Thanks. I did try that but it comes back with an error saying they can't confirm my reservation right now. SO frustrating!
