no luck with 180+10

So frustrated waiting for 7am to call, I have been watching all of my reservation options slip away. Apparently it won't link my package reservation to my dining ones or something.

Just venting. Of course I stay up late getting everything ready and wake up at 5:30 to do this :-(

Yesterday was my day also. Online at 6am only to find out the system was down. Kept trying until I had to punch in to work at 8:30am. By the time I could call at 10am, BOG was completely booked for my 3 days. Ugh - looks like we'll fight the masses for lunch seatings!!

Ugh! Luckily, I was able to book almost everything I wanted on the phone at 7, but I am frustrated that I can't do it online.

I called a million numbers (no one knows why this is happening) and finally spoke to someone at IT. They said it has been a problem for a while and it was like "the lottery" about whose reservations would like to their dining and allow 180+10 online. :-(

I had the same issues yesterday. Disney IT department is really sad. For such a large corporation I can't understand why they can't get it right. I got up at 5:30 only to find the system was down and then called at 7 to be told to call back later. By the time I got through again BOG was booked for the day I wanted. Today I still can't make reservations online. I guess I will be calling tomorrow to finish up my plans.

When we went last Sept the system didn't notice our resort reservation and we couldn't make adr's. I guess then haven't fix it yet.

I had the same problem for our upcoming trip. I was actually IN Disney when my ADR date for the next trip opened and I couldn't get it in.

I remember being pretty mad. I mean there I was spending thousands of dollars, planning to spend that much again for another trip in 6 months, awake at 6am on vacation to make reservations 6 months ahead of time, and I couldn't even get the 2 stinking ADR's I needed.

I'll say it a million times..for a company of their size and scale and with all of the money and brilliant minds they have access to, there is zero excuse for their website problems and they should be embarrassed about the constant issues they've been having for well over a year.

I too had similar issues this morning. I was lucky that it did link my hotel reservation, but it was picking and chosing which restaurants it would let me make. For several of the restaurants, I got a message that there was an issue and I had to try back later! I gave up and called at 7:00. I was lucky to still get everything I wanted!

DON'T GIVE UP!!! I have read several posts where people have kept trying several times a day and were able to get a reservation. Also, when we dined there in January and April, they were steadily taking "walk-ins". In April, we ate early, around 4:00-4:30 and people who did not have reservations were being sat in less than 10 minutes and there were still A TON of tables that did not get sat the entire hour to hour and a half that we were there!

Im not trying for BOG, but I do want an 805 at Crystal Palace and Mama Melrose with the Fantasmic Pkg! So maybe I will get what I need even if I have to book day by day!

If you are switching between old and new site, make sure you clear your browser out each time you switch or you will have issues for sure.

I couldn't use the old site this morning, it wouldn't recognize my 180+10 and kept saying it couldn't check that far out. I cleared out my browser, hit the new site and it worked fine for booking ADR's at 180+10. I keep checking periodically and they are still there. Hopefully they will be 180 days from now

Thanks for this tip. I did what you said and was able to snag an 8:10 CP reservation that wasn't there yesterday! However, when I went back to book a BOG one, I keep getting that same Donald Duck error on the My Disney Experience. I tried clearing my browser several times and even using a different computer and no luck! So frustrating!

I tried the old site again (clearing out my browser) and it keeps saying to confirm my reservation for the +10, but then I get an error when trying o confirm. Ay yi yi!!!

Yeah they are doing maintenance apparently. It was working very well this morning, I made several reservations with no problem. This afternoon I had problems logging in. I finally got in but periodically get a message indicating they are doing system maintenance. I haven't had any luck at all with the old site, I quite messing with it and just use the new one. It has been working but really slow.

We did okay actually! The site worked fine for me. I got an evening Coral Reef, CRT at 6:45 (its a party night, and we are not attening. i wanted closer to 6:55, but who cares about 10 min, right?) 8:10 crystal palace, a 12:00 lunch at mama melrose w/ fantasmic pk, and a late breakfast at 1900 Parkfare for our check out day. So excited!! These are ALL new TS for us!!! I read later in the thread that you got the Crystal Palace you wanted! Wohooo!! Excited for you too!!!
