No/Low Salt Diet

My father was just diagnosed with Meniere’s disease which requires a no salt/very low salt diet. Can anyone recommend which restaurants would be the best for us to eat at that could accommodate this dietary restriction. Anyone have any experience with no salt diets at Disney?
