I have been reading posts on the DIS boards for almost 2 years. I found this board and I had to post.

I have been struggling with my weight for so long I've stopped counting! I found this board a week ago and it was really the inspiration I needed.

I hope you don't mind me "losing" along with all of you. I really feel like I can do it this time. All week, every time I had a craving, I kept thinking of all of you and how you were having cravings too. If you could be strong, so could I.

This is silly, but I'm really nervous about posting. I was so comfortable "lurking".

Welcome :wave: :wave: :wave: :wave: :wave: I've only been on the WISH board for a couple of weeks and it has been great for me. The tips are great and the support is wonderful. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I've been inspired to exercise more and get back into Weight Watchers. I think you will be gald you decided to post here. Good luck!
 

I wanted to see if my member clippie (?) worked.

I have lost 10 pounds since the 1st of the year, but I gained 5 back over easter vacation. I am so motivated to get my 1st clippie.

I am doing a program of shakes (Herbalife) and herbal supplements. I lost 25 pounds last year and gained it all back (see a pattern?). My goal is to lose 40 pounds. That will be really difficult, but I know I can do it.

Every time I lose and then gain weight, it seems harder to take it off again.

Visit us often, please. I'm so glad you decided to take the WISH challenge. We have a wonderful support group here and you are the perfect addition.

What day is your official weigh in day? I weigh on Thursdays.

You're going to do great, I'm sure of it.

PAdisMOM, hi and welcome to WISH! You have taken a big step by coming out of the shadows and saying out loud (well, in writing) that you WANT to lose weight! You are already 5 pounds thinner than you were at the beginning of the year, and that is an awesome start! You and I have something in common: we both want to lose the same amount of weight (40 lbs), and I am sure we can do it together! You know what? Another WISHer here, John, just hit the 40 lb weight loss mark! What motivation! If he can do it, we can too don't you think? I, for one, am not going to let a guy beat me out:)!
