I have to say all TA's can be a little hard to deal with at times. We have used one for about 3 years on a regular basis. We switched last year, because when DH was in Florida working and all the hurricanes were hitting we were not sure if DH was going to be able to get off of hurricane duty in order to go on the cruise. Our TA was not any help. She did not return calls. I had to call the office and make a complaint to have her call me back. Then once we talked she would not get us any answers and never returned our calls. I had to call once more to the office and make a complaint. She told her boss she had emailed me the answers within 15 minutes of our first and only phone call. Low and below if I did not get that email 15 minutes after the manager called me back. You know emails have the time on them. I called the manager back and complained about her lies and then forwarded the email to him. She still works there but we no longer deal with the company at all. This is unfortunate because we have very few TA's in our area. So now I use on-line TA's.
I have called All Seasons and was not impressed by them. Nothing at all against them. The TA I spoke with seemed like he was in a hurry and did not have the time to deal with me. I had lots of questions. So I called another and booked my cruise. He lost out on our cruise commission. I am not bashing All Season at all. And I am not saying I would not use them. I am saying he upset me and I took my $4500 cruise elsewhere on this occassion. No one is perfect and everyone has a bad day. He just happened to have a bad day on the day I was determined to book at cruise.
