No incentive package offered

When we bought our 325 AKV points thru DVC mid Dec. 2007 we were only offered an 8$ reduction/point. Is this normal, did we just miss a better deal? I've read from others that people received a better deal in terms of incentives.

I think certain incentives come and go depending on how hard DVC need to "push" to sell. We got the same incentive as you just over 2 months ago.

When we bought our AKV contract in July 07 we had a choice between matching developer points or the $8 per point discount. We took the $8. And we might be doing that again with a 50 point add on with the new owner incentive.

$8 off on minimum of 50 points. Previously they were only doing this for purchases of 100+ points so they decreased the minimum.
