There is currently a 50% flash sale so you have chosen a good time to post!
http://offers.disneylandparis.co.uk...L1&camid=Emailing&mauid=1203OUVFNO50GBBSEEM05
all of the details for the sale are on there.

If you are on a budget I would recommend staying at either the Santa Fe or Cheyenne hotels as these are the most basic accommodation at Disney Land Paris (but this does not mean that they are sub-standard! I have stayed in Santa Fe and it was perfect for what we needed: somewhere to sleep and have breakfast.) The hotels on-site are within walking distance to the parks though there is a free shuttle.

OR you could drive all the way to Disney using the ferry from Dover to Calais and stay at Davy Crockett. Here, you stay in a chalet-like-affair and drive to the parks each day. At all Disney hotels, breakfast is included in the price.

Alternatively there are off-site hotels that are cheaper than on-site. I believe that a shuttle runs from these, too. They can be found on the Disney website. http://www.disneylandparis.co.uk/

However, rather than driving, unarguably the easiest way to travel is via Eurostar. This leaves from St Pancras intl. daily (apart from Saturdays I think) and as you live in Birmingham I expect that you could perhaps take a train to London first? The Eurostar takes you directly in to Marne La Valle which is in Disney Land itself! You can also fly (we went from Luton to Charles de Gaulle) and then get the Disney bus to the parks.

I find it best to just play around on the Disney site with different bookings/travel options etc, make a note of these, then decide which is the best option.

I am in no way an expert and so hopefully this all makes sense, I haven't waffled, and it's helpful! Please ask me to clarify anything if you are unsure!

There are Disney hotels, then there are independent hotels that are very close and serviced by a shuttle bus and then there are Paris hotels.
I have a a load of Holiday Inn points, so stay at the new Marne la Vallee hotel which is a 20 mins train ride in.

If you fly, don't forget to factor in parking at the airport and transport from Charles De Gaulle (CDG) to DLP.

Hi

I would recommend either the Cheyenne or Santa Fe hotels, book this through the disneyland website and go through a cash back website so get some money back!. I would also recommend booking during the flash sale if the dates you want to go are available!. If you can't pay in full at once, call Disney and book over the phone and you can pay a deposit but won't get cashback

We tend to fly to disney and then get the VEA shuttle bus, I think you will need to book the shuttle bus separately (we do now that we book everything separate, but if you use a holiday company they should book it for you - check though!).

If you plan on flying, check the VEA shuttle timetable first as some flights get there too late to get the last bus!.

I have flown easyjet for most of my trips to DLP, but now find the flight times are not good, so we fly with AirFrance which if you book in advance is a bit more expensive that easy jet (the first time we booked with them they were cheaper though!) but you can usually get an early flight that will get you into the parks by lunch time - which is worth the paying extra for!.

Disney hotels include breakfast, park tickets and access to EMH which is extra magic hours, this allows you into the park from 8am instead of 10am on days it is available (you can see when its available in the calendar section on the disneyland paris website). During EMH not all of the rides are open, but there are good ones open which you would usually have to queue for a while for if you go in peak season!.

I think the flash sale has around 5 days left to book and is for certain dates up until the end of September. Not sure if you wanted to go so soon though, but they are good deals, so as long as you can afford your transport/shuttle/and have money for food etc I would take up this offer.
