No Hassle Vacation Rentals

I posted this question in the family forum, but have had no responses

I am wondering if anyone has use this company, No Hassle Vacations, to rent while in WDW? The have family items, beds, strollers, grills, etc etc. If so, what is your experience?? We are thinking of using them in May mainly because they rent twin roll away beds, unlike the others. We would also rent a toddler bed and possibly a stroller.

I do know that Disney has business relationships with certain companies and only allows unattended drop offs from them.
