I am so excited. I guess that goes without saying as I did our official pre-trip report ummm in MARCH! lol. This is the first time I have ever done a dining report of any kind. We have always been super budget minded on our previous trips. That meant LOTS of pb&j and bologna. Tons of QS and I think in 5 trips only ONE TS (Garden Grill) BUT this time we were blessed with being able to plan our trip around FREE DINING! I am so so excited to finally try 100% new places.
I have dubbed this trip our "no growing up trip" because my babies are growing up to fast! I just want them to freeze just as they are for a week, so I can make a memory of them in our favorite place. I plan to spend as much time as I can soaking them up. I plan to have a strict "yes" policy on this trip and to reward them for being the awesome straight a, well behaved amazing kids that they are. We are also bringing our niece with us. She has had things pretty rough recently, losing her dad a year ago. I want her to see that there IS still magic left in the world.

Our Crew

me: michele. very adventurous eater. I love to cook and love to try new things.
DH: Steven. not adventurous at all. total carnivore. no green things thankyouverymuch. loves turkey legs the most!
DD15: jasmin. puts bbq sauce on everything, doesnt eat salad dressing ever.
DD10: middle of the road. she will try things.. is borderline type 1 diabetic. Has to monitor sugar 2x a day and is SUPER sensative to sugar highs/lows
DN15:Patience. has led a shelterd culinary life. hasnt had opportunity to try many things. excited to try things

our ADR list.

I let each girl choose a restraunt to eat at. I sent them to allearsnet.com and let them loose! They did really well helping me get a varied menu of places to eat. It just happened to work out that we had a place chosen in each park or in a resort hotel on non/early close park days.
