Wow big leap to make about next year. We don't even know what the situation is at the WL with this late change in the schedule cancelling the Gingerbread at the WL. My source still says the GF display will return next year.

It has been clear for quite some time that the work in the GF would impact the build of the Gingerbread house at the GF this year.

From what I remembered, WL did not have any gingerbread display last year either and it does not affect GF for next year. It's a whole year away and time will tell. From what I read, CR, BW, BC and AKL will have theirs this year.

It was announced no gingerbread house, Disney changed the wording on their site. They are actually putting out a mini one instead. The tree and decorations are already up at The Lodge! There’s a whole thread dedicated to the decorations HERE if you’re interested in following along!

I don't know why there was a cancellation, but WL hasn't had a gingerbread house every year. Some years yes, some no. I don't see why that has anything to do with GF.

Wilderness Lodge has not had a gingerbread house since 2019!

It has been years since we were there during the holiday season but the beautiful gingerbread house at GF was so lovely!!!
