No GF pizza at Via Napoli

Just a heads up - I was tempted to change one of our reservations for October if they were gonna have (non-Amy's) GF pizza, but looks like a no-go.

I get sick pretty easily, so I'll probably skip it in general.

Thank you for your email.

The General Manager at Via Napoli has advised us that they will not have Gluten free Pizza. However, they will have gluten free pasta available for guests. He also advised "Just a reminder, our kitchen is open concept and flour goes everywhere in the restaurant in small amounts, so cross contamination is possible". Be sure to speak to a Chef or Manager when you arrive at the location.

Thanks for letting us know. It's a shame because they could really do well with fresh GF pizza (using a dedicated pizza oven)...too bad! Good thing you found out though, rather than be disappointed when you got there.

I am really not surprised they don't want to offer gluten free pizza. I read a trip report where they refused to remove melon from a pizza and another where they refused a customer request for a different topping. Perhaps in time they will be more open to customer requests.
