No Fri or Sat AP rates?

Is that something new?? I'm looking at booking a last minute trip with the Passholder's discount. The discount is only for Sun - Thurs nights. Have they done away with the weekend rates?

We booked a trip that included 2 weekends in December and got the AP discount. However, we booked the trip when the AP rates for December first came out. You said you are trying for a last minute trip, so I am guessing you are hoping for sometime in Nov or Dec. I suspect that the AP alloted rooms on the weekends have been taken up with the holidays coming.

This happened to us for our May trip this year - we got the AP rate for our week days, but the weekend showed up as rack. I booked the weekend days with the GP code, and kept checking; the days opened up at AP as we got closer to our trip.

I guess it was as the PP stated - the weekend days were booked up, but either someone canceled or the occupancy rates for weekends weren't what they hoped and they opened more rooms at the AP rate.
