no FP+ for 7DMT - wwyd?

OK my brain is mush now from all this planning. Please tell me what time of day I can start making my fastpasses. I think I read it is 7am east coast- 4am west coast. is this correct? have been searching for this but can't find the answer.

That is correct, 7am EST. Start with Mine Train FP first. Good luck!

Thank you! I am on the west coast so it will be 4am for me! My husband loves this as he is a very early riser and thinks it is funny that he will be able to get away with waking me up really early

A couple of years ago we did it rope drop and rode the front of the first train of the day. Simply stick to that rope. Stay in front of the pack.

Do NOT go to fantasyland through the castle. Follow the CM to Mad Tea Party. The castle will slow you down because it gets narrow and it is longer that way.

Keep checking for FP'S and play with breaking up your party. A 5 min overlapping will get all of you on board.

it all depends on the day. I was there early (to see welcome show) and so was at front of rope pack and followed CM straight there and they said it was a delayed start and they didn't know when it would open so I walked on to Peter Pan.

Now, I have done 7DMT when it opened awhile ago and I personally was completely disappointed in it. I wouldn't wait more than ten minutes for the stinky ride! LOL

It's worth doing once, you might like it! I thought it was a cute ride.

I went right before park closing last March, waited 30 minutes- the standby line is very cute and has little games dotted around. Keep trying to get a fastpass though!

Rope drop is definitely your best option, if you get to the gate approximately 30 minutes before park opens you should be close enough to the front that you will be able to (hopefully) walk on 7DMT! We have done this several times, but best of luck trying to get FP+!
