Down 1 this week! Better than I expected since I haven't started watching my food intake yet. I imagine it was 1 pound of Coke, since I cut down to 2 glasses a day (1 with lunch and 1 with dinner).
Oreo-free for a week ... and I'm still breathing! Hooray! I've lost 2 pounds this week, so I guess that's 1/15? (Am I doing this right ... I want to lose 30 pounds overall. Or am I supposed to set a smaller goal for April 6 and then figure my percentage lost towards that goal?) Thanks. I'm new to this weight loss stuff!
Hi iluvtink - congrats on your lose! The way the challenge works (someone please correct me if I am wrong) is that you decide how much you think you can lose from when you start the challenge until it ends on April 1, which is about 5 weeks. I want to lose 10 pounds (2 pounds per week) and I've lost 1 so far this first week so that means 1 pound toward my 10 pound goal or 1/10 for me. You have to decide how much you think you can lose by the end of the challenge. I think my 10 pound goal may be a bit ambitious but it's fun trying anyway!
I'm off to an inauspicious beginning, lost .5 this week. Hopefully I will lose a little more next week. I hope it doesn't go this slow for the rest of my journey, or I will only look great in the nursing home, lol. (better late than never, I guess )
iluvtink, welcome to the No Foolin' Around challenge! Great to have you on board. ZerasPride has it right, just pick a weight loss goal that you want to meet by Thursday, April 1, and then go for it! I've added you with a 10-pound goal, but let me know if you want to change it.

o this weight thing is sooo frustrating to me...i only lost 1 lb this week..i want to lose 10 by the first to get me down to 140...but im still trying!!
Hi everyone! I was not off to a good start. After my great success on the Valentine's challenge I kind of relaxed my eating and then I had a few functions and I gained 2.5 pounds....yikes! I have taken off two of the 2.5 I gained, so I am still .5 over what I started this challenge at, but that won't last for long. Hopefully by next weeks checkin I will be down and showing a loss once again.
Mark me down for a loss of 1.5 pounds. I only weigh on Fridays, so I'll check in again next week. More inportantly I'm down 1.6 inches in my waist!!!!!!
