Will be making first trip to DL in March (8-12), it appears Fantasmic is only on the weekends? Boo if true, have read great things and would love to see it, do they ever offer or add an additional show or is the calendar the gospel online? Thanks!

So far, the online calendar only goes up to March 9, but it is true that Fantasmic did not show during the week in March in 2019. However, it looks like Fantasmic will be showing March 8. Would you be able to see it that day of your trip? World of Color is also showing on the 9th.

March 8 arrival, staying off site and our first "park" day is the 9th, maybe have to see it from a distance then, darn. Would you recommend doing DL maybe on that Wednesday, do Universal on Monday and DCA on Tuesday so I can maximize Rope Drop, etc?

If you select one of the dining packages under make reservations it will show you 60 days out. Fantasmic is playing only Friday/sat/sun until the week of March 23, it’s showing all week.

Where are you staying? Universal and DL are not at all close, so it’s a struggle to hit them both from one hotel location...

If you’re doing one park per day tickets, then DCA on Tuesday and DL on Wednesday is a good option.

And sorry about Fantasmic; it is weekend-only during the off-season.

Desert Palms via the Starline to Hollywood Studios! Yep, one park per day with a flex day in there somewhere, hoping to see some sights around Anaheim too, any good suggestions? Beaches? Don't have a car so closer the better.

Huntington, Newport, Laguna -- all nice beaches. Look them up online to see which one appeals most, then use ride share. Anaheim Packing District is close to the parks (about 10 minutes away) -- an upscale sort of food court. Check this thread for things to do around the parks: DAY SIX Podcasts of Things to Do Around Disneyland.
