No Emails from Disney Passholder

I have been reading about emails from the Disney Passholder department to passholders. I went and checked and my last email from Disney Passholder was July 2018. I called technical support and all info is correct in regards to email addresses with them and my disney experience app. I also have checked for permission to send me emails, spam filter, blocked list, etc. has anyone had a similar problem?

I never got a email when I was a pass holder and I checked everything was correct multiple times. It's Disney IT

This was a real disadvantage when the Passholder preview was being done. Thanks

I guess my reply here was off-topic (possibly?) as it seems to have been removed. Though I'm not sure why my humor was not appreciated.

So, I'll keep it short and sweet. Yes, this is a major problem with Disney.
