Did you try searching for only one person at a time? I had the same problem when I looked for fast passes for my August trip, but I was able to get two with similar return times (10 min difference)

One of the problems with FP+, you have a 7 day trip planned, thousands of people have a 10 days trip planned beginning three days before yours. They all can book through your whole trip without you ever getting a shot.

OMG! This is my worst nightmare come true! I was thinking lower crowds and we would be fine but then also thought they might cut back to one set of friends and reduce the FP availability!

Keep trying up through your actual trip. We ran into some friends at rope drop at MK (in town for same non-Disney event) a few mornings ago and they had stumbled upon an A&E FP for that day...the night before. People cancel/change for all sorts of reasons and at all times....and I'm starting to think that Disney is indeed opening up a few new ones throughout the 180 days. I have started to slowly (VERY slowly) come around to the new FP system, but it is things like the A&E deal that keep me leery of the whole thing.

On the bright side (??), another friend waited less than an hour in the standby line at around 8:00 a few nights ago (Saturday, July 5), so it's not always a three hour wait as we've gotten accustomed to seeing. Frankly, the posted time was never over an hour and a half that day (at least the few times we walked by).

I have to book tonight at midnight. Just for fun I tried it today to see if it would work. I was only able to go 30 days out. We are staying at GF and have everything linked on MDE. Should this open up tonight on my actual 60 day date (July 11)?

Don't give up - same thing happened to me - I was able to get a 9AM 1/2 way through my trip, but not on the day I wanted to do MK. I went into MDEx every time I was on line for 2 weeks and checked for other times - finally something popped up on the day I wanted to be there.
It would only come up for 1 and MDEx would not let me copy it to my DGrD, so I called IT and they could not copy it either. Seriously, for 1 other person to walk up to a M&G with me and take 1 picture?? Anyway, kept trying for days to get another 1 and was finally able to get overlapping times on the same day.

HUUUUGE pita IMHO - I would so rather speed walk to the FP machine at RD. lol
Good luck, just wanted you to know it's possible if it is really important and you are persistent - apparently people do cancel - I canceled my early morning one once I had the one I wanted.

Yes, it should open 60 days out. For some it opens at midnight (mine did) for others not till 1 AM or a little later.
And remember, everyone, they might be adding more FP+ at the 30 day mark too. We don't really know, but worth trying again that day/night if you're not getting what you need.

That doesn't make any sense. When I booked ours for the summer (which seems busier than September) - I got the first day and could have gotten any day after. I would call Disney. Sorry - I hope you get it.

I didn't do my fastpasses for September until morning...7:30-9 (at work and kept getting interrupted), anyways, I had no problem getting Anna & Elsa on first try. I'm thinking it's gotta be a glitch. September is not that crowded.

Just bookmark the change fastpass webpage and take the 1-2 mins each day to have a look. I would bet as we get closer people will start to cancel their FP+

This is awful. It sounds like it's just as hard to get A&E FP than it is to get BOG ADR. Crazy. Styaing up until midnight is only for A&E so don't know if it's worth it now (as I'm not a night owl...would prefer to get up early)
