No early park admission for IOA?

Curious as to why no EPA for IOA in early June? I mean I could understand with the VC grand opening time starting June 10, as to get people to go to studios, but it doesn't seem to make sense to me for no epa hours from June 1-9. I was really hoping to hit Hagrids early one morning, main reasons we chose to stay onsite this time around.
