no due's bill

getting a little worried as we have not got our bill yet, although we only purchased in december(direct from disney) but dont know the closing date.All our account is available online but even that dont show the due's due.Anyone got the same problem

If you donb't know the closing date then the dues may not yet be available but be rest assured Disney will send the dues statement when the closing date is known.

Hi there,

We are in the same situation and I was getting worried too.

We bought at the start of December with a closing date of 18th January.

I guess Disney will tell us when they want the money.

Not at this time.

I have banked my 2007 points and they show up in the correct place. The dues are not on the website yet though.

IIRC, one poster on another thread said that my dues would be calculated after closing and would date back to December.

I still haven't received the 2008 guidebook yet either though.

same happened to us last year and we were not able to paid our dues untill about April but we were billed back untill the Dec
give your guide a call , mind sorted ours out for me

Got our due's bill today they wanted it paying by the 1st feb not much notice, but payed it pronto anyway dont want to be owing the mouse
