No docs for 1/16 cruise yet..told Disney having printer problems

We're on the Jan. 16th Wonder cruise and no docs yet (would love to be doing the docs dance !!!) Called the TA and she said that Disney would be sending them to her and she would mail them to me. Hope they come soon.

Uh, Grandma, we can see you are a very sweet lady, because there was no anger in your post. But with 8 days left, doc's that need to make two trips before they get to you and then you need to get to the Port...get your TA to speak with DCL and make sure she gets the instructions for "Plan B" and tells you them in detail, because you need to know what to do if these others fail you and don't get you the doc's before you leave.

I have no experience with it, perhaps others do. But protect yourself and then I'm sure it will all be moot when the docs arrive Monday or something like that. Sort of like carrying the umbrella--if you hadn't, it would have rained. And if you are prepared for a contingency, it wont arrive (but the doc's will).

Thanks for the advice Logan (and the "compliment"). Not necessarily a "sweet" lady (just ask my kids - only the grandkids think I'm sweet !!). However, I've learned that most of the time it's a waste to get angry. I'll call the TA again on Monday for "Plan B" though. I agree that it's better to be safe than sorry. We fly out of New York on Saturday, so there are only 5 days for the docs to arrive (they'd better send them overnight mail !) Will be buying some green ribbon for our suitcases.
