No DL Passporter -- how do you organize?

I was spoiled with my WDW Passporter. I used the book pockets for organizing before the trip, during and after.
I am wondering how to organize all my DL trip info -- intineraries, tickets, confirmations, etc.
What works for you?

I had the exact same problem.

What I did was go to a discount office supply store and buy a small, flexible, three-ring notebook. I also bought a pack of heavy paper pockets dividers that had tabs on the edge that you could put your own label in and a pack of clear sheet protectors that were side punched for a three-ring notebook. I spent just over $5.00.

Then I went home and using my 2001 WDW Passporter as a guide, I made up my own book. I printed the information from on the Passporter pockets that I wanted onto plain paper then glued them to the back of the pocket dividers I had purchased. I filled out the label tags (Hotel. Transportation, Day One, Day Two, etc.) and assembled a pocket followed by a one or two of the clear sheet protectors. Now I have the pocket in the divider and the sheet protectors to hold things and the back of the divider to write my info on.

What I ended up with is workable but a little bigger than a Passporter. It will be fine for the planning and using in the room but I will not be carrying it with the the parks.

It is actually more complicated to try and explain what I did, then doing it. It was not that hard to make my own book or it would not have gotten done!

What an excellent suggestion! I like it, and it sounds pretty easy to do. :)

On the simple side, I made a table in calendar format in Powerpoint for the time I was there, and put pertinent info for each day in the table.

Can you believe that I can't find a Passporter anywhere in Hawaii??? I can probably order one through a local Walden's, but I'm disturbed that it's so popular and no one here has it on the shelves!!!

Anyway, enough venting. Another suggestion on the simple side, I keep a pocket folder (looks like a manila folder, but it's a "pocket") with all of my confirmations sent from Disney, brochures, etc. (I keep this in the hotel room.)

Before leaving home, I get on the computer and create a sheet for every day. One side one, I have the itinerary for the day which includes any reservation times and confirmation numbers.

On the back, I have it divided into several sections: the first one is to list expenses, the second to write down what we ate where, and what we though of it, and the third section to write down any miscellaneous comments and tips. I fold this up and carry it around.

Even more simple, a 79 cent notebook that fits in a fanny pack!!!
