No Disney Quest Voucher???

We received our Mickey Mail (welcome packet) last week and it did not include the Disney Quest vouchers. We have a MYW package with Free Dining booked for Sept. 2013. It looks like what we received are the same "features" as 2012. I called and told the CM that I thought the 2013 package included the DQ vouchers, and he said that was correct and would re-send our welcome packet. I just received the new packet today and it STILL does not include the DQ vouchers. Anyone else not recieve them? My boys were really looking forward to trying DQ. Bummed.

WE are going 9/2-9/8, FD @ POR and got our packet. The quest vouchers were the first voucher after the "confirmation" of the hotel (page 4 & 5 of our booklet).

Double check and give them a call if yours weren't included.. I believe they are still part of the package.

Thanks for the reply! The DQ vouchers are definitely not in the packet. I did call when I noticed they were missing and the CM agreed that they should be part of the package. He had them resend our packet and they are still missing (not even listed in what's included). I'm just trying to figure out why we are missing out?

On my last visit...and I'm not saying this is happening to you...but I thought my voucher booklet had one DQ voucher and one Minigolf Voucher. However, I thought it weird because the backs read differently than the front. Turns out the pages were stuck together. I literally didn't know until we got there!

The same problem happened to my family. When we called we were made to feel like we were nuts. I assure you that we did not receive them. We were also told that we would get another booklet after fighting with them and that never happened either. I give up.

Did you book this trip last year, before they announced the changes to MYW packages? I thought I read that when they switched from 2 snacks to 1, if you booked before the change was announced you still got 2. Maybe this is the same thing - but then again I could be completely wrong about that.

We booked last July for our trip coming up now, and we did not receive a DQ voucher in our packet.

update: I had my DH call and he spoke to someone in Guest Relations that told him it was because we booked our package in 2012. I guess only packages booked in 2013 qualify for the new "extras". Oh well. Still going to have a great trip! Can't wait!!!

Not necessarily true. We booked our package as a bounce back offer in August of 2012 for this month. We received the DQ voucher.

Hmmmm...well, I don't know then? We also booked the bounce back offer in Sept. 2012 for Sept. 2013. The lady we spoke to in Guest Relations said that package did not include the DQ vouchers. Maybe we will call one more time - third times a charm, right??? LOL

Does anyone know if you have to show proof of eligibility when you use the vouchers? We have Premier Passes so we don't need the DQ vouchers. Would be great if we could just give them to someone.

I don't know about proof of eligibility, but I can say (having just received ours) that the vouchers have one's name printed on them. So my guess is that they are non-transferable.

We are 35 days out and haven't received anything yet, I hope it comes soon!

We booked last year in August, then when FD was announced for Sept, we cancelled that booking and re-booked at a different resort. Interested to see if we get the DQ voucher or not.

Two free admissions to DQ. If you need more, they can be purchased at the door.

Its just a special inclusion for 2013 packages normally you would need WPAM option or buy a separate ticket just for DQ, but these vouchers get you two ppl into DQ for free.. Nice perk huh?

I haven't received my Mickey Mail yet and we are going Sept 8th - but maybe they sent it to our travel agent instead - I can't remember how we did last time.
