Okay I just reserved my room for CBR the price is normal for April 22-May 2. Since there are no discount code available yet, I tried everything I could to get a drop in the price of the rooms I was qouted 154 a night. Which is right. My qeustion is I am a FedEx employee and they will not offer any discounts for FedEx employees even though we are one of the biggest sponsors for disney. I tried the airline discount since FedEx has its own airline and nothing I ve called and spoke to about 10 different CM'S and nothing they wont budge. Any suggestions for me. This is our first trip to disney and I dont want to be on a tight budget because of room costs Please help

I've never heard of any kind of discount for any Disney sponsors. Not to say they aren't out there, but I've never heard of any of them. You might try mousesavers.com, to see if there are any discounts available for your time period. Good luck!

I think you will see a discount for your time frame but not until after February. I would check mousesavers.com[/URL] . Good Luck.

GE is a sponsor, and I am very happy to say we get a great discount for our Dis tics. We go through our payroll department however, and not through Disney. We fax int he form, pay for express mail (about $5) and give our cc number, and have them in a few days. A couple of the downtown hotels are discounted also. We can buy tics twice a year, and for a large amount of family at a time (I think it was 10 tickets). We are limited to 4 and 5 days park hoppers..no passes any longer that include the water parks, etc. They changed to regular hoppers about 2 years ago.

Brother-in-Law works for FedEx and does get a nice discount on four and five day hopper passes but he has never tried any hotel discounts. Sorry I can't offer any help in that department.

I have also read that someone from Mc Donalds gets discounts from Disney. Because of the same reasons. I would talk to the resource and find out if they have any discounts for you.

Do you have Disney Club or AAA? Either should get you a small discount. I just priced AKL & YC for early march (peak season) and got 10% off. It basically pays for the tax. It's the best discount out for now.

My husband is a pilot for UPS . We just returned from Disney and received a 50% discount. I called Disney direct and they wouldn't give us a discount. I used an interline agency. I don't know if they still offer that rate or not. You might try. If you want email me and I will give you there name and number. I didn't know if I could post it here. Thanks upsdc8@home.com

My husband works for FedEx, as well. Several years ago WDW had corporate partner discounts available on resorts, but they don't have them any longer. You can get a good discount on passes, though they must be purchased through corporate travel. It is my understanding that since FedEx is a corporate sponsor, and is also an airline, that the resorts will honor the airline discount. Book it through CRO and then call the resort directly and ask them if they will honor the discount for FedEx employees, also mentioning they sponsor Space Mt. If they approve it, note the date you call and name of the CM you speak with, and you should be all set.

Good luck!
