For the first few weeks,months I say no as they will be trying to gage they crowds, once they get fair idea of what they are, then they can start with the ADR's, plus this is just the beginning, more to come so hold that thought.....

Yes, I saw that. However this is referring to dining reservations, but the OP’s title refers to the dining plan. Two different things.

The pages for each of the dining locations currently says No Dining Plans Accepted, but that could change at any time.
