No Coral Reef diver signs and personalized menus in 2009

I am suprised there isn't a thread about this already. I looked and didn't see one.

Did you guys see at the top of the Dis that in 2009 they won't allow personalized diver signs and personalized menus anymore? Kind of a bummer, but obviously understandable. Once the word gets out, everyone wants one and the divers are just waving and switching signs out all day.

There is a thread...a real long one. For whatever reasons, disney has ended this service.Some have said it was only for the yomd promotion.My guess was it was a big pain in the tush to keep up with the myriad of demands,requests, and complaints about it.

Well between the search function and the fact that the most recent of these was on page 3 - it was hardly obvious that they were in existence. Glad to share more reading - they're really interesting!!

I was so sad about this, I had hoped to do the menu's as a surprise for my DH & DS's for our first visit in Feb.
