No Confirmation Received

I just booked two room only reservations for an upcoming trip, and only received a confirmation email for one of the rooms. I have both confirmation #s since I called to book, but concerned about not getting an email. Is there a way to request it being resent?

Also on that note...when I booked one of the rooms I added memory maker to the reservation. On my confirmation it shows I paid the extra $169 for it, but no mention of it added to the room. How do I know it was added, or will be available when I link this reservation on MDE?

Are they showing on your mydisneyexperience.com account?
 
I called so they were not automatically linked. I suppose if I go to link with the numbers I have that would tell me if it actually went through..

If you already have an MDE account set up, they should automatically (or at the very least, within a few minutes) link to your account whether you call or book online. Just log in and go to the My Reservations and Tickets section. Your Memory Maker should show up at the very bottom of that page.

I already have a reservation for this summer, does that have anything to do with why it's not showing up?
 
Hmm...maybe? That's weird. We usually do our initial booking online, then call and add things/change things and the changes are always put right into MDE. If nothing has shown up yet, maybe call back and double check to be on the safe side. You're probably ok since you have the confirmation numbers written down, but it never hurts to get that extra bit of peace of mind.

I just booked my trip and I also received no email. With that said, on MDE, everything there is confirmed for me. Last year I did receive an email from them but I guess they are not doing that this year.
 
I found out since I have waited two weeks for an email confirmation. I called & was told they out source it. I asked very nicely well I didn't get it so please do it. And why out source it when you can press send? He said it goes out of country duh? Finally got it as soon as I got off phone. I realize everything is on my MDE but I like a email stating it paid in full since room only on MDE doesn't show this.
