The restaurants for 2007 are WAAAAAAY cut back from 2006, according the the online brochure!!!!! No Chefs de France, no Wolfgang Pucks Cafe (nothing really at all at DTD!!) What the H***????? I may cancel my dining option for the package!!!!! :furious:

This will make dining reservations so much easier in 2007. Now if only the unique menu items will return!

We did the dining plan 2 weeks ago. Yes we saved money, but we won't do it again. We will stick with the DDE plan and pass on the dining plan. It really took the spontaneity out of our trip, had to make sure we used all our credits after all popcorn::

Those places are all back on the plan, and have been back for a month or so. The menu got downgraded a bit at some places like Chef's from what most of the threads are saying, but they are back on the plan. Raglan road, cooke's, Planet Hollywood, Wolfgang, chefs, san angel, marrakesh those are the ones I can remember off the top of my head they are all back on the plan. :bride: :groom:

Wolfgang Puck is back on I called Disney last Friday to make my ADR for our 2007 trip and asked since it wasn't on their 2007 list and the CM said it was still on and made my ADR. They said they just hadn't updated that list.

Thank goodness!!! I almost :faint: when I read the online brochure !
Geez, you would think Disney would update it!!!
I feel better now :p

Rest assured, Disney will update it before 2007 begins, and provide you an up-to-date copy when you check-in.

I called today because i am going in 2007 and have reservations at these resaurants. She told me they are not done updating there contract and they should be on the list. I know Wolfgangs Pucks is already there.

You of all people know that ADRs need to be made way in advance of check-in. I would be much more rest assured if the list was kept current all the time.
It is understandable why people would be concerned with the information provided if they are currently planning their trip.

THANK YOU!!!!! We indeed plan to make our ADR's the SECOND our 180 day mark hits!! :hourglass And according to the Disney website, the only 2 TS
are Coral Reef and Le Cellier...2 that we very much want to try! But if everyone NOT privey to these boards think they are the only games in town..
How impossible will it be to get a ressie????????? Disney REALLY needs to update the list NOW...a complete description at the time of check in does not
allow for ADR's..and in May 05, we only had one night without one, and it was virtually impossible to get a TS dinner at the MK that night!

Well, no. I know that ADRs don't "need" to be made so far in advance. Many guests like to make them then so they don't have to worry about there being no availability for their first choices. However, I have never read a report from someone who called for ADRs at the last week before their trip, who was told that there wasn't a seat to be had at any restaurant in any park, resort or DTD. So it's really a personal convenience and increasing the chances of perfectiion thing, rather than a matter of necessity. And that's why ensuring the list is absolutely accurate, months in advance, is probably not a major concern.

I would be much more rest assured if the list was kept current all the time.
To quote Mick Jagger... "You can't always get what you want..." :goodvibes

Definitely. However, this kind of advance planning you're talking about is always based on chances and probability, "subject to change without notice", and so forth. Most of us folks here on the DIS visiting at the beginning of 2007 made reservations at restaurants not on the 2007 list, because we hoped they would be re-added to the list before 2007 began -- hoping that the list was preliminary. I recommend you do the same. You can always switch your plans around later, though of course, you may have more limited choices at that time. That's the nature of advance planning sometimes.

If you restriction your choices to just one park, and especially the MK, then yes there is a good chance will have trouble. Be forewarned and forearmed. Take your chances based on what you know, now, and as things change, do the best you can to make the best of whatever is available at that time.

Coral Reef and Le Cellier are just 1 TS credit restaurants. None of the Epcot restaurants are 2 credits. Hope that makes planning simpler for you :sunny: .

I wasn't clear...of the TS restaurants (1 TS each) not specialty dining, they
are the only ones currently on the list

Wolfgang Pucks Cafe is on the DDP next year. I called to make an ADR and spoke to someone at the restaurant directly. They assured me they are on the DDP for 07.
