No Character Dining reservations 8/22 or beyond?

I am trying to book Goofy's Kitchen breakfast for our travel home day on 8/25 but there appears to be no character dining available on 8/22 or any day after that for Goofy's or Storytellers.

I would imagine that it has to do with the first day of Halloween at Disneyland being 8/22 and that they will be open, but does anyone have an idea when reservations will be available again? I've been checking every morning.

I remember this happening when they were switching up menus for Spring or something like that. Hopefully its just due to Halloween witch over and reservations will open back up soon
