No card keys until what time??

During our spring break stay we asked to switch rooms after entering the handycap room at OKW. DH had surgery a few weeks before our stay and needed a tub to soak in at night, drs orders. No room available till next day. We could wait one day and did. Upon checking out and back into our new room, the CM told us we could not get the key cards until the other person moved out of the room. I explained that I did not need the room number yet just me key card with my dining plan. I mentioned that i have always got them in the past. He insisted that never happened. He did not understand English very well and was very arguementive.

Has the policy of key cards changed in the past 6 months such that those who arrive early in the morning can not get there key cards for the meals untill after 11?

This past August we stayed 2 days at OKW and then BLT. On the day of checkout I took a bus to MK and then monorailed to the Contempoary, checked into BLT while the family was still sleeping at OKW. I checked in about 8:30 am( got to pick out the room I wanted as well). I headed back to OKW and the rest of the gang was just getting up. We left OKW just abot 11:00.

woops, I forgot to tell you we also had the dining plan on both reservations. I had to make sure of using up the snacks on the OKW card first.

If somethings seems out of wack, ask to speak to a manager. The CM was incorrect.

I checked in at 6:30am last week and was given keys. I was trying to expedite the process in order to have the room for an early afternoon rest. Unfortunately, it didn't seem to make a difference. The room wasn't ready until 3pm.

We were just there last week. Checked in at 7:30 AM, received cards, and room ready around noon. No DP.
