There is no resort to resort transportation. You would have to travel to a park or DTD and then transfer to the AoA bus.

When going from resort to resort, we have found the small expense of a cab is well worth it.

Boat from OKW to DTD, bus to AoA

A cab will take about 10 minutes. Using Disney transportation (to either a park or DTD) will take about 90 minutes.

I second this! Totally worth the 8-15 dollar expense!

The boat to DTD takes much too long(but it is a fun ride) but if you are up at Hospitality House and the Epcot bus is pulling in, then take the bus to Epcot and then switch to the AoA bus. Epcot is the closest parkt to OKW so it has the shortest ride to any of the parks.

As usual, that app is really questionable (I stopped recommending it years ago due to errors - people reported them but they were never fixed). It doesn't mention the boat from OKW to DTD. It suggests walking to DTD as an option, I didn't even know that was feasible from OKW only SSR, but maybe it is. In any case, it seems that the boat is a pretty important piece they are missing.

Other routes in the past have suggested modes of transportation that haven't existed for years or maybe ever (things like buses from the Poly to Epcot was one I recall).
