This is so cool.:cool2: I have to start now... We so need to start a budget..... Im such a spender and I know if I kept track id be less of one.. Here goes for the next half of the month...I going to the mall tomorrow too..Im going to try for only lunch!

Welcome! This is my first no-buy month as well. It has helped me stopped buying those silly little things I don't need and we're using up a lot of food we already have. Plus, I have more time for the gym and destashing (see other thread). Good luck at the mall; I'm also going tomorrow to pick up Princess and the Frog, but I have coupons in hand and am allowing myself to spend a little.

You are so right about that. This thread is very motivating. So many times I would be tempted to spend $1 or even less. It isn't much but I'd resist for a $0 day. A buck here and a buck there adds up.

Anyway, good luck. I hope it helps you. I have a secondary challenge as a friend of mine not on DIS is doing it with me too.
