Our church is having a dinner on Saturday and need a few recipes for "no bake pies". Bought 2 shortbread shells by Keebler - any suggestions?

I'm also baking a chocolate cake and Hawaiian wedding cake, so I didn't want to do anymore baking.

Thanks in advance.

I haven't tried this one, but it got great reviews. Sounds yummy!!

I make one almost exactly like this but I use Cool Whip (½ a small tub per pie) instead of cream cheese. I add a cup of crushed pineapple and a cup of chopped marachino cherries as I mix it. It takes about 5-6 hours in the freezer to set.

My family loves this pie. I was all set to make 2 this morning and realized that all my pineapple had been eaten previously!
