I am trying to book our January 2014 trip online. Everything is saying unavailable. Is it the new website? Or is everything already booked? I know I could call but I thought this would be faster!

You won't be able to book rooms for 2014 online until the package prices come out, probably sometime this summer. I think you can call and book a room-only ressie 499 days out, but they won't be able to guarantee a rate yet.

Usually, until they release the rates for the following year, you cannot book online. If you want to book 2014, you will have to call to book. If I remember right, the rates will be quoted at the highest rate for the current year and will be adjusted once the rates for 2014 are released.

Rates for the following year have been historically released in August; last two years, it was a bit earlier.

You can book a room only reservation up to 499 days in advance. You must call the reservations line. You will be quoted the highest rack rate and must leave one night's deposit.

When the rates are released, you can have the rates adjusted to the current rates. If you wish to convert it into a package, then you must re-book with a $200.00 deposit and take a refund on the room-only reservation.
