Just got off the phone with Addison and he said No AP Discounts yet! Bummer. as of 7:00am eastern time

I spoke to a wonderful CM the other day, very knowledgeable about many things, (interpret that to mean: not a Rookie!) she said to watch for the AP rates at the End of Feb/ beginning of March, absolutely no later than the 15th of March.
