No AAA rooms left.....

I just tried to book POR for 2/7-2/13 with the AAA rate and they are all sold out! I am so bummed. I still booked anyway. I figure I would hold this room incase I can't get a better rate on the Swan.

This happened to me last year. Just keep an eye on the AAA sight and when they start listing the hotel and room you want for those dates then call back and apply. Last year I got my room in February, tried for AAA in April and they were sold out, and then got my discount in late May after 3 calls.

I just called in at 9:42am (central time) and booked 2/10-2/16 at POR, standard view, AAA rate. Maybe try again? Good luck!

Wow - that would be incredibly fast for them to sell out.

Possibly it's just 1 or a few of those days that are sold, making it look like all days are sold out. You could try booking partial days AAA, and the other at regular rate and then keep checking. I had this happen to me on spring break week 2 years ago. I ended up splitting the Poly and CR for my week to get good rates.

Not sure who you are asking, so I'll answer too! I booked with Disney.

I booked through AAA and even though we had the "basic" package previously booked, my TA said that on Monday when she called there were no AAA rooms left. I was more than bummed. She said she will keep calling back, so I guess there is always hope. Anyway, since I absolutely want to keep my resevations at the hotel we selected and our dates are not flexible, I will be spending less money in Disney on other options. I will not be bested by a mouse ! LOL.

Don’t give up on trying to get the AAA rate applied to your room. If you booked through AAA and they say there are no discounts try CRO or another AAA TA. Or if you booked through CRO try calling back a couple of times and getting someone different. I get the feeling not everyone (AAA or CRO) knows exactly where to look or what they should be looking for when it comes to the AAA discount.

I called AAA directly and the only moderate they have left during that time is the CBR.........
